Move talent across borders. Keep every country's rules in view.
ImmiOne Global automates the operations of international recruitment and mobility: job orders, candidate files, fees, permits, visas and deadlines. Each file is checked against the rules set up for its corridor, from the country a worker leaves to the country they join, so gaps are flagged while there is still time to fix them.

The challenge
Every cross-border hire answers to three rulebooks
The country a worker leaves, the country they join, and a growing body of international standards all set rules for the same placement. Each changes on its own schedule.
1 · Where the worker leaves
Origin country
Recruiter licensing and reporting
Limits on what workers can be charged
Contract and wage standards
Exit clearance, insurance and orientation
2 · Where the worker arrives
Destination country
Work permits, sponsorship and quotas
Labour-market checks and employer duties
Qualification recognition and language levels
Rules on who pays for recruitment
3 · Across borders
International standards
Fair-recruitment principles
Forced-labour and supply-chain laws
Data protection for cross-border records
Ethical recruitment of health workers
Many teams run this across spreadsheets, email and messaging apps, with each country's rules held in a few people's heads. ImmiOne Global puts the work and the rules in one system.
From manual to managed
One system of record for every placement
International recruitment runs on many small, time-bound tasks. ImmiOne Global turns each one into a tracked, checked step.

One shared record, and a workspace for each party
Agencies, staffing companies and employers each work in their own space. The candidate's record connects them, and each party sees only what it is allowed to see.
At the centre

Skills and language results mapped to what each destination route requires.
Consent by party and purpose, with an expiry date and withdrawal at any time.
Role-based views: by default, an employer sees document-check and test results, not a home address or family contacts.

What does the work
Your team stays in charge of decisions. ImmiOne Global takes on the reading, re-keying, checking and reminding.
AI document extraction
Reads passports, certificates, test results and contracts, fills the candidate's record, and flags mismatched names or dates and documents about to expire. Your team reviews what it extracts before it is used.
E-signature
Offers, employment contracts, consents and fee acknowledgements are signed electronically, and the signed copies stay on the record.
Corridor rules
Each corridor's fee limits, wage minimums, required documents, test levels and statutory deadlines are set up as rules, and every file is checked against the ones that apply to it.
Deadlines and alerts
Due dates are calculated for each step, from test bookings and quota dates to permit expiries and regulator reports, and your team is alerted before one is missed.
Registers and reports from the work
Registers fill in as you record orders, candidates, contracts and fees. Returns and evidence packs are generated from the same records.
Audit trail
Every change, view and share is recorded with who did it and when, so you can show how each file was handled.

Rules for both ends of a corridor
The rules differ by country, but they fall into a handful of types. Here is each type, a few real examples, and how ImmiOne Global helps you meet it. The examples show the kinds of rule involved; which corridors are set up for you depends on where you recruit.

FAQ
Questions from agencies, staffing companies and employers
Which countries and corridors does ImmiOne Global support?
Rules are configured per corridor, covering both the origin country's requirements and the destination's. The most detailed rule sets cover workers moving from India to Germany, the Gulf states, Japan and Italy. Tell us which corridors you work in.
Who uses ImmiOne Global?
Recruitment agencies run their operations in ImmiOne Agency, staffing and deployment companies in ImmiOne Talent, and employers and their mobility teams in ImmiOne Employer. Candidates use ImmiOne Candidate. Each party sees only the part of a candidate's record they are allowed to see.
Does ImmiOne Global replace government portals?
No. Applications and reports still go through each country's official systems, such as India's eMigrate or the UK's sponsor management system. ImmiOne Global keeps the records behind each filing and tracks its deadlines.
What does the AI in ImmiOne Global do?
It reads documents such as passports, certificates, test results and contracts, fills in the candidate's record, and flags problems such as a name spelled differently across documents or a document about to expire. Your team reviews what it extracts before it is used.
How is candidate data protected?
Candidates consent to each share, by party and purpose, and can withdraw consent. Access is limited by role, and every view and share is logged. The workflow follows principles shared by data protection laws such as the EU GDPR and India's DPDP Act.
Does ImmiOne Global give legal advice?
No. It applies published rules to your files and flags issues for your team. Decisions on individual cases remain with you and your legal advisers.
